What exactly do I get?

A .zip with a printable PDF planner, an editable XLSX spreadsheet with every section, and a CSV file of the checklist and tracker.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay $12 once.

How do I get the file?

After Stripe confirms your payment, the thank-you page shows a download link. The link works for 168 hours, and you can download as many times as you need in that time.

I closed the page or my link expired.

Email support at hello@skaldstudio.io with the address you used at checkout, and we reply with a new link. If it has been more than a year since you bought, forward your Stripe receipt too. We do not email links on our own yet.

Does it work for renters?

Yes. Many tasks (alarms, filters, drains, appliances) apply to any home. Check your lease for anything that is the landlord's job.

Is this professional advice?

No. It is a general upkeep checklist. For electrical, gas, roof or structural work, hire a licensed professional.
