Privacy

This page lists everything we keep. If it is not on this list, we do not store it.

What our server stores

• The Stripe Checkout Session id for each paid order (a random code like cs_...).
• The amount and currency of the order, and whether it was a test payment.
• The time the payment was confirmed and the time your download link expires.
• The email address you gave Stripe at checkout, which Stripe passes to us with the payment. We use it only to find your order when you write to support for a new download link. We keep it for 1 year after your purchase, then delete it from our server. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
• The ids, types and arrival times of payment notifications Stripe sends us, so we never deliver twice.
• To limit repeat requests for a new link: a keyed hash of your IP address and of the email you entered (made with a secret key only our server holds), with a request count. Entries expire within a day.

Where it is kept

The site runs on Vercel. The list above is kept in a database run by Upstash, through Vercel. Their handling of that data is described in Vercel's privacy policy and Upstash's privacy policy.

What the support mailbox keeps

• Messages you send to support: your email address and what you write. They are kept in the support mailbox (hello@skaldstudio.io) so we can answer you.

Our server does not store your name, billing address or card details. We set no cookies, and we run no analytics or advertising trackers.

What Stripe stores

Stripe processes your payment and collects your email and card details on its own checkout page. Stripe's handling of that data is described in Stripe's privacy policy. The shop owner can see your order in the Stripe dashboard.

Server logs

Our server writes short operational log lines (for example "payment recorded for session cs_..."). Vercel also keeps standard request logs, such as IP addresses, for a limited time.

Questions or deletion

Write to hello@skaldstudio.io. If you ask us to delete your email, we can no longer find your order by that address; support can still send you a new link if you forward your Stripe receipt.
